While entering a nether portal, you cannot open a chest properly.

What I expected to happen was...:
While standing in a nether portal, I opened a chest to get an item.

What actually happened was...:
The chest UI was open for a split second before immediately vanishing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a nether portal in survival mode.

2. While standing in the nether portal, right click a chest to open it.

3. The chest UI will appear briefly and then disappear.
