Planting in very specific blocks of Farmland in a specific location does not work as expected. For further explanation, within the same "group" of Farmland blocks, only a few allow the planting of Wheat Seeds, Carrots, Potatoes and Beetroot Seeds, while the rest of the blocks ignore the Use of these items to plant them. It is useful to note that both Melon and Pumpkin Seeds work perfectly fine in these bugged Farmland blocks.

Farmland in a surface level of approximately Y=63 works perfectly fine, but the specific group the issue is found in has a Y height of 40 in a man-made underground crop farm, I haven't tested if the issue persists at different Y heights, but it does persist between Creative and Survival modes.
