I know that this issue has been posted prior, however, I have done some tests and I am confident that it is not working as intended. Typically, it is enabled and disabled via F3+Shift for windows. However, I have noted that the chart does not appear when F3+Shift is pressed, unless, that is, you travel through a nether portal. Then, if you press F3+Shift, the pie chart appears, and there is no way to get rid of it. It follows me out of the game, into other menus and it takes completely closing the game to fix it.
