F3 Debug Pie Chart Still Displaying

      Description

      What I expected to happen was...:
      Shift+F3 menu to open/close like normal 

      What actually happened was...:
      Shift+F3 menu opened like normal but when closing the F3 menu, the debug pie chart remains frozen on the bottom right of the screen.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Click Shift+F3.
      2. Close the menu using F3.
      3. Observe bottom right corner for debug pie chart.
