While playing in survival mode, pressed shift + f3 and debug screen appeared with pi chart in lower left corner. pressing f3 to close the debug screen did not cause the pi chart to disappear and chart overlay is still present even in title screen. Only way to get rid of it is to close minecraft and restart. replicated in a creative superflat world
