      Steps to reproduce

      This bug is not a common occurrence.

      • Build a tower with a rail and minecart with TNT at the bottom
      • Place lava at the top so that it will spill down on the cart
      • Observe the loot after it explodes

      Sometimes, you will see a minecart and a TNT
