Shields with banners don't display enchant glint.

      Description

      Hi!

      The enchant glint finally shows on shields in 1.15 on JE, but when I applied a banner to a shield, the glint disappeared.
      The shield in the pictures has a black banner applied to it.

      [I don't know if this has been reported before, I tried to find a previous report but I couldn't find it yet.]
