      Description

      What I expected to happen was...:
      Breaking doors only should drop one door item.

      What actually happened was...:
      Breaking one of the new Nether doors (bottom or top) produces two item drops.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Break one of the new Nether doors with any tool
      2. two items will drop
