Fire doesn't burn items

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place fire somewhere with flint & steel;
      2. Drop an item at it;
      3. Remove the fire.

      Observed Results:
      The item is still there.

      Expected Results:
      The item burns and disappears.

      Notes: Might have something to do with Netherite mechanics.
