What I expected to happen was...:

the bee was to stay in a box of glass panes and dirt

What actually happened was...:

the bee popped out of my bee farm 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. 13 by 13 cube of any block
2. on the wall side place glass panes
3. the wait a few secs the pop they go out
