Everytime I play minecraft, the screen will freeze after something like 15 minutes. It does not matter in which version I am playing, it happens in all of them. I have tried to reinstall minecraft, but this did not work. This is what happens:

1. Screen freezes, can't move anymore
2. Sound stops for a moment, but will continue after a second
3. Screen is still frozen, but game continues. When I press esc, I won't see the menu, but I can move my cursor.

How can I prevent this from happening?
