Buckets cause water sources to disappear and not reflow until water is updated

      Description

      from what i can tell, if you use a bucket while the cursor is moving between blocks, both blocks disappear, however the first block does not update, meaning there is a random hole in water. I have checked, it is not a visual glitch.
