Grown bee hives spawn empty

      Bee hives grown on birch (haven't tested oak) spawn empty with no bees. Been tested in both the desert and savanna biome.

      MC wiki says:

      "Oak and Birch trees grown from saplings....  ...have 5% chance to grow with bee nest and 2 Bees in it."

       

      This is on a Vanilla server started in 1.15.1 and updated to 1.15.2
