In Minecraft 1.15.1 when I sneak I stay sneaked usually I un-sneak once my finger moves off the button but it stays sneaked and when I'm flying and I press sneak I start falling and I can't stop unless I move forward or side to side or backwards I don't know why this is happening, it's very annoying.

When I try to change my POV I can usually change it at a fast pace but it's like there is a time limit on it because it takes forever to change my POV about 5 seconds in between and that's slow for my computer.
