I just got my new Minecraft game with a redemption card on 16/1/2020, and I haven't been able to log in since that day. I made my account before I purchased my Minecraft Java Edition. On 16/1, I tried logging in on minecraft.net to type in my redemption code on my pc and it failed. Then, I tried doing it on mobile minecraft.net and I successfully collected my game and I chose a username for it. I went on Mojang.com to check if I actually recieved the game, and I could log in. Now, three days after 16/1, I tried logging in each and every day on both the launcher and Minecraft.net, each time I waited for at least 24 hours, and I still cannot log in on pc and play or change skin.
