      The bug

      When a skeleton is riding a minecart and exposed to daylight, it won't burn. Other mobs like zombies do burn in minecarts though.

      How to reproduce

      /summon minecraft:minecart ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:"minecraft:skeleton"}]}
