So I have a small mine under ground, and its raining out side, im only about 4 blocks under ground. I mined the dirt and jumped on accident when I realized I could see through the blocks and see the rain above me for a split second. I did it again (braking the dirt block above me and jumping right after) when I noticed that it happened again. In the flowing video I recommend that you slow down the video in order to see it happen, because the YouTube compression makes it hard to see at normal speed.
