When crossing certain chunks, there are Lag spikes, it was like that in 1.14.4, and in 1.15.1. It happened also on multiplayer, and singleplayer. Adding more ram to Minecraft doesn't help(even when i had 8GB allocated it was happening). Bug happens only in small group of chunks, everywhere else it's not happening at all. First screenshot shows it in 1.15.1 and second one is from 1.14.4 (Server). This can't be caused by server, because TPS and Timings are very good. When on server it happens to all of players, not just me.
