Currently Have only tested this in the Nether and on soul sand, but if you walk or crouch near a block of lava, full or any other state of level, the player will gain a random ignition of flame for no apparent reason, Originally found this on a realm, then tested it in a singleplayer world. All tested in vanilla Minecraft.
