I have a small farm plot, about 10x10. All full of wheat (with a row of pumpkin on the side) and a single block dug out of water in the center. This is all under a layer of spruce blocks as a roof about 8-9 blocks above.

I was mining the crops with my stone hoe and the first piece I mined instantly broke about 12 other crops in a circle in front of it. Now all of those crops that instantly broke cannot be replanted. I tried digging up the farm plot and replacing it, re hoed it. Still cannot plant any wheat on any of those blocks. My farm is corrupted somehow. Exiting and reopening the game does not fix.

I tested with pumpkin seeds and I can still plant those there.

Pictured is the bugged farm. Every single farm block with no crop in it is bugged. I can no longer plant wheat there.
