Frame time spikes caused by redstone

      When using a redstone item sorter the client will receive large frame time spikes causing for a "stutter" experience whilst still having relatively high frame rates.

      Expected result: Redstone item sorter having an impact on performance lowering average frame times by a whole causing for lower frame rates.

      Actual result: Redstone item sorter having an impact on performance on only a part of the rendered frames, causing frame time spikes and thus stutters. (See frame times bottom right of attached video)

      Steps to reproduce: Using an item sorter, the one that caused the issues is this one. Build in the spawn chunks of a realm server
