Entering to the End Gateway inside boat causes visual glitches until the terrain loads

      First of all, I was transporting a Shulker and I entered an End Gateway. The screen was jittering.

      But when it loads, the screen is no longer jittering.

       

      How to reproduce:

      1. Go to the End
      2. Kill the Ender Dragon or /setblock an End Gateway
      3. Build a platform around Gateway
      4. Place a boat
      5. Get inside it
      6. Get through the Gateway
      7. → Observe the jittering screen
      8. Wait until the terrain loads
      9. → Observe that the screen is no longer jittering when it's loaded
