      Description

Again, inconsistent behaviour with many plants like flowers and saplings, which can be planted on farmland as normal. Bamboo cannot.

Fix would be to add farmland to the #bamboo_plantable_on tag, resulting in it being a valid block for bamboo to be planted on.
