Fishing Rod String rendering problems.

      Description

      What I expected to happen was that when I cast a fishing rod, the string would stay black if I am above water and stay blue when I am under water.
      The string varies from blue to black depending on if it is above the horizon line of the water or not.
      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Cast a fishing rod above the water and look up and down.
