Bubble columns aren't showing being inside of water streams when viewing from outside the water. and the bubble textures are only are visible when they happen to be outside of the water.

I should mention that the stream appears fine when you are inside the water that has magma blocks, but with soul sand, the textures seem like they are off-center on the block that the water stream is on...
