Rain bug when picking up items

      When it is raining and i am under a block and then pick up a block the rain acts like there is no block above me.  I don't know really how to explain this so I will attach a short video (i have to put a link because the clip is over 10MB sorry) of this happening:

      I am on the latest version 1.15.
