I opened the game launcher as usual, downloaded the 1.15 update without problems, and went to my list of servers, to see if any of them supported the new update. To my surprise, all my servers were gone! After that, I went back to the menu, logged out, and restarted the launcher, then switched to another instance of the game, which was still on 1.14.2. When that version loaded up, my server list was wiped there as well. I have not tried any other versions or instances, just in case my server list may still be intact somewhere. I have not messed around with my game settings or moved/deleted anything from any folders.

I have been playing for the better part of a decade, and have accumulated dozens of servers over that time, many of which I have no way to access the IPs for anymore but held onto for sentimental reasons or because I still play on them when I have time. Nevertheless, my server list now looks like I only got the game this morning and have never played on a server before, when this is incredibly far from the truth. Is there any way to fix this?
