TNT Minecart bugs out when lit on fire and doesnt blow up blocks with minecart tracks on them

      If you put a tnt minecart on a track, break that track and set the block on fire, the TNT minecart twitches back and forth and doesnt blow up any blocks that have a minecart track on them
