When climbing out of water onto farmland (with crops or not), the farmland will be trampled and reverted back to dirt breaking any plants that may be on it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a water source down (Preferably encased, so that it is still)
2. Place farmland next to it
3. Swim/Walk towards the farmland
4. Jump out of the water, onto the farmland

Repeat steps 3-4 until farmland is converted to dirt

Expected & Observed Results:

- The farmland will eventually be trampled, and converted to dirt.
- The farmland would not be trampled and the player would be able to exit the water as normal.

Notes:

1. Reproducing this reliably can be tricky and inconsistent as it's fairly random, so it make take a good few tries to successfully replicate.
2. This issue first appeared in 1.13, and was not present before then. The issue likely came from changes to how the player gets out of water.
