1.15 pre7 wrong duration saturation effect

      When I was testing on 1.15 pre 7 I've came to a issue which occured during the use of the /effect command.

       

      When I tried to use: 

      /effect give @p minecraft:saturation 20

      The effect only lasted 0 seconds.

      And when using:

      /effect give @p minecraft:saturation 100

      The effect only lasted 4 seconds.
