When V-Sync is active, my FPS is capped at around 15, whilst in previous versions of the game (13w21a) it runs at a solid 50 FPS. However when set to off, my FPS will increase to about 100. All other settings are set to maximum with the exception of Advanced Open GL which is set to off.
