If you go into a menu with scrollbar and with a highlightable option menu (With my environment only happens in the Controls menu)
You can highlight 2 items at the same time, with your mouse.
You need a fix positioned item and a scrollable item.
The reason is that the Highlight of the items does not care about layering, and if you hower over an item that has a fixed position, you hower over an item that is not visible, because it's under the fix item, but if the item's side is visible you can see the highlight of the item as well.
