Riding a horse but it won't go forward for some reason.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Ride a horse with a saddle.
2. Log off/exit to main menu.
3. Log back in.
4. The horse is uncontrollable, even after getting off and getting back on, only fixable by getting off the horse and waiting for an undefined period of time.
