Farmland next to water acts as invisible water source

      When I till dirt and put water down next to it, it acts as a weird sort of invisible water source/barrier. This occurs with all farmland right next to water, regardless of if it's moisturized yet, and doesn't happen with farmland 2 blocks from the water.

      First found it in a desert village in 1.15 Pre-Release 2, then went to a superflat world village to test if it was a thing with all village farms. It turns out it doesn't need to be part of a village generated farm in order for the bug to occur. Went back and testing in 1.15 Pre-Release 1 and the bug is nonexistent there.
