Transparent textures do not render behind blank portions of a map in an item frame

      The old bug where you go to the nether, make a map, bring it back to the overworld, do the paper thing to make it go up a size, and then lock the map. Then you can put the empty map into an item frame and tile entities behind the item frame will render invisible.
