Ignited TNT is offset near the world border

      If you ignite TNT with flint and steel near the world borders the TNT will teleport about 1 block away. It can teleport inside other blocks. I've seen a teleport of about 4 blocks, but I have no evidence of that.

      (There is an other bug with the sound of the rain, reported in an other report.)
