IMPORTANT EDIT: Developer art resource pack causes this bug to occur. Turning off this resource pack removes the bug. It also seems to mostly affect grass with developer art.

Blocks in the distance (about 3-7 chunks away, unaffected by render distance) will render without the top face of the block.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Generate a new world
      2. Get to a vantage point
      3. See that after a few chunks, about 3-7, blocks will not render their top faces

EDIT: Superflat worlds really show this issue. Village blocks render, but natural blocks do not. Screenshot attached.
