      The bug

In previous versions (1.13.2 and likely some snapshots afterwards) GUI sliders, such as the framerate or more notably the biome blend selection, clipped to the possible values. I.e. it was not possible to move the slider to a position between two values.

In recent versions it is possible to move the slider between two values. This is pretty confusing because:

      • It is not clear what it means, e.g. when the biome blend slider is moved between "OFF" and "3x3", does this mean the blend value will be in between as well? (In before: the answer is no)
      • When reopening the settings page the slider will be moved to the defined positions.

      How to reproduce

Compare the behavior of 1.13.2 with the current version:

      1. Open the "Video Settings"
      2. Drag the "Biome Blend" slider to "OFF"
      3. Drag it a little bit to the right without the text changing to "3x3"
The slider stays between two values
