I just want to continue my realm!

But the FAQ does not help and there is no support, only the message, that they now can be reached at minecraft.net but there is only the FAQ again. 

I had a monthly sucription, everything was fine.

But now my bank had an update, I needed to install a security app. 

I can only guess, that mojang tried to draw the money from my credit card but couldn't.

Now it would work again with the app, but mojang won't accept the card again. 

I phoned my credit cards company, but they said, the problem is on the other side. 

I tried purchasing a new realm, didn't work. 

I tried removing the card and adding it again to my profile, didn't help.

I only have that one credit card, I only got it to purchase the realm. 

What I expected to happen was...:
normal continuation of the realm 

What actually happened was...:
I only get the message, that there was a problem with the purchase again and again, now even the minecraft launcher won't let me into realms anymore
