Say I bind one thing to `c`

Then I bind another thing to `Lalt+c`

If I press `Lalt+c`, then `c` is fired (haven't confirmed if `Lalt+c` is also fired.

It's really important, especially for mods, that people be able to have bindings distinguish between these.
