Item frames are not moved by honey blocks when they themselves are pushed. Other entities such as Armour Stands that do not usually move are moved by honey blocks, yet item frames are not.

What I expected to happen:

I expected the item frame to move when adjacent honey blocks are pushed.

What I actually happened:

The item frame remained in place, and did not move.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place item frame on honey block.
2. Push honey block with piston.
3. Notice that the item frame doesn't move, and if the honey block now occupies the same space as the unmoved item frame, it pops off.
