When the gamerule spawnRadius is set to 30000000 and the world spawn is set to 0,0,0, the player will respawn at the -z world border. Repro rate: 5/5.

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a new world with cheats enabled
      2. Set the gamerule spawnRadius to 30000000 using the command /gamerule spawnRadius 30000000
      3. Set the world spawnpoint to 0,0,0 using the command /setworldspawn 0 0 0
      4. Kill the player with the command /kill @s
Observe that the player respawns at the -z world border
