When you place down a beehive or bee nest block in creative, then break it, the block you pick up will occupy a new slot rather than stack on the existing block. Enabling advanced tooltips (F3 + H), shows that the broken block has an NBT tag given to it, even when the original does not.

What I expected to happen was...:
The block shouldn't have been pickable in the first place for creative, but expected was that it would stack on the original block

      What actually happened was...:
The block occupied it's own slot, and is given an NBT tag

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Go into Creative
      2. Place a Beehive/Bee Nest Block
      3. Break it
