What I expected to happen was:
When a door with a ladder on it is destroyed, both the door item and ladder item should be dropped.

What actually happened was:
Only the door item is dropped, but the ladder item is not.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a door of any type.
2. Place a ladder on either the top or bottom face of the door.
3. Destroy the door section that does not contain the ladder.
4. Observe that only the door item is dropped, but the ladder item is not.
