on any single player mode I get server like lag spikes. I could be moving or mining but it seems to come at random intervals. What it does is that it takes me back to a previous state in the game and then it will begin to processes previous actions. For example, if i walked up to a block and started mining, the block would break and not drop anything, but then I would be teleported to a position i was in when i was walking then register that the block was broken then drop the item. This all happens in about a second time but it comes at the worsts times such as fighting or precise block placing.

Also no chunk distance setting will change the outcome of the bug and this has been happening in previous versions such as 1.14 and if I can remember 1.13
