Unable to sprint

Double tapped W as usual to sprint expecting an increase in movement speed.

FOV increased as usual however the player was walking at normal walking speed

Notes: Previously used a Swiftness potion before bug had occurred. Unsure if potion effects had subsided before I updating to Snapshot 13w21a
