in minecraft, rabbits dont exactly walk, as you know. they instead jump randomly, which as annoying as it is, is not a bug. either way, when luring a rabbit (dandelion, or carrot) it will jump to the player about 5x slower then normal. this is normal. however, they sometimes get stuck on a block, and csnt jump or even move without external forces, such as the player. either way, sometimes it cantt jump 1 block, but it can jump a fence. rabbits arent supposed to jump fences, because, well. theyre rabbits. not slimes.
