When the player or mobs moves up from the side of the honey block, player or mobs will not be slowed down by the honey block or show the particles.

Affect the following situation:

1. Using riptide
2. When the player swims up
3. Using elytra with firework rocket
4. Leaning on the side of the honey block and jumping
5. Spider climbing up

I am technically sticking to the honey blocks because I slide down afterward, but there are no particles shown.

Edit: As a minor detail, maybe have more particles shown and have those particles spewing out into the direction the player is zooming towards because you are traveling at a great velocity when using Riptide.
