Sided up and activated pistons with redstone block do not update (again)

      Description

      it seems that this bug has reappeared, despite the status of "resolved"

      How you can see in video, that bug appears when you side your pistons up, place redstone block and activate it.

      Somehow redstone block activate extended pistons.
