Bees can pass through blocks when growing up and leave farms

      Bees can pass through glass (or any block for that matter) and escape an enclosure or farm.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      This simulates what can happen randomly when bees grow up near blocks in bee farms.

      1. Place down a command block
      2. Put a slab above it
      3. Encase the slab in glass (or any block which does not cause suffocation damage)
      4. Enter this command into the command block: 
        summon bee ~ ~1 ~ {Age:-10}
      5. Activate the command block

      Test should look like this:
